深入了解RNA病毒與宿主間的交互作用,為病毒性疾病的治療和防控提供理論和技術支持。
一、RNA代謝標記實驗:
分析感染後宿主核糖核酸蛋白複合的組成,找出參與病毒轉譯或複製的宿主蛋白;同時進行轉錄組分析,瞭解病毒感染對宿主基因表現的影響。
二、RNA病毒分子模型:
建立不同階段的病毒複製分子模擬系統,驗證實驗結果,並尋找抗病毒藥物的潛在靶點。
三、三代定序於病毒基因體的分析:
利用長片段定序,進行病毒基因體的直接定序,並預測RNA病毒基因體的二級結構。探討這些二級結構對病毒複製的影響,並開發針對病毒二級結構的藥物。
