The goals of education (Undergraduate)
Goal 1. Based on the concept of combining theory and practice, we aim to cultivate superb medical technologists and biotechnologists.
Goal 2. We are enthusiastic about developing innovative and practical technologies. Our studies focus on four areas: preventive medicine examination, translational cancer research and molecular diagnostics, infectious disease study, and examination reagent research and development. According to students’ individual needs, they can choose courses to improve their knowledge and skills in any specialized area to increase their career competitiveness.
Goal 3. Our ultimate goal is to cultivate professional technologists with knowledge, morality, abilities to integrate theory and practice, and capabilities in practice what he preaches. Our students are expected to make a commitment to lifelong learning and make a contribution to society.
Core abilities for students to acquire:
A. Basic science knowledge
B. Professional clinical biotechnology skills
C. Biomedical knowledge
D. Biomedical experimental and research abilities
E. Informative application and lifelong learning
F. Humanities and social service
