Flow cytometry is a highly multi-parametric platform, capable of high-speed quantitative assessment of cells and other particles, at the single cell level. Today, as we continue to innovate on flow cytometry platforms, which can reach up to 50 parameters, flow cytometry is opening a range of new applications in the fields of genomics, proteomics, systems immunology and biology.
In this seminar, Andreas Czosseck from Taipei Medical University will show the purified extracellular vesicles with strong protection on cardiac injury confirmed by real-time image cell sorter. Bob Balderas from BD Biosciences will define the approaches to build high valued panels that works for both spectral and conventional flow cytometry. Bob will introduce the advanced technology on BD FACSDiscover platform. Professor Huang-Yu Yang from Chang Gung Memorial Hospital will present his study on the Immuonmetabolic Regulation for chronic kidney disease and tumor.
