Energy Materials and Battery Technology Program

 

 The purpose

To cultivate talent for the energy battery industry, this program integrates cross-school and interdisciplinary courses and faculty, allowing students to learn comprehensive battery energy technologies that combine both theory and practice. The aim is to bridge the gap between learning and application, nurturing the professional skills and innovative potential needed for entering the industry.

 

 Set-up department

Center for Sustainability and Energy Technologies (CSET)

 Target Students

This program is open to students from all departments across the university. Upon completion, a certificate of completion will be awarded by the school.

 Practice credits

The minimum required credits for completing the program is   21  credits. Students must take at least one course from each of the three categories. The courses "Battery Assembly and Analysis Practice," "Battery Materials and Analysis Practice," and "Lithium Battery Industry Practical Seminar" are mandatory.

 Other Special Regulations and Matters

Upon completion of the required courses and credits for this program, students may apply to the program coordinator for the certification of program completion. After the review and approval, the application will be forwarded to the Office of Academic Affairs, and the Registration Section will issue a micro-credential certificate.
