         CSET

Center for Sustainability and Energy Technologies (CSET), established in 2023, is committed to becoming a leading research institution in carbon neutrality and energy transition within Taiwan while showcasing its distinct research strengths across Asia. Our core mission is to advance sustainable development through cutting-edge scientific research and technological innovation, contributing to the realization of global sustainability goals.

CSET is structured into four core research areas: battery and energy storage technology, perovskite solar cells and innovative applications, carbon dioxide utilization and hydrogen energy technology, and circular economy and green processes. Each area is dedicated to addressing critical challenges in carbon neutrality and energy transformation.

By leveraging research expertise, interdisciplinary collaboration, and advanced methodologies of Chang Gung University and Ming Chi University of Technology, CSET actively explores high-efficiency clean energy applications and develops innovative technologies aimed at reducing carbon emissions.

Furthermore, CSET bridges the gap between research and practical applications, driving breakthroughs in renewable energy, environmental technology, and circular economy solutions. Our goal is to ensure that scientific advancements translate into real-world impact, effectively addressing global energy transition challenges.

As a pioneering force in industrial-driven technological innovation, CSET possesses a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face in adapting to climate change and energy transition. We provide targeted research and development (R&D) support to facilitate green transformation, enhance energy efficiency, and reduce environmental footprints—striking a balance between commercial success and sustainable development.
