Chang Gung University Technology Cooperation Office is recruiting for the "Biomedical and Medical Device Translational Value Talent Training Program" and is seeking one full-time Administrative Assistant

1.Job Responsibilities:
(1)Assist in promoting on-campus and off-campus entrepreneurship guidance as part of the Biomedical and Medical Device Translation and Value-Added Talent Training Program.
(2)Manage and review project funds and expenses.
(3)Create presentations, participate in meetings, and facilitate team communication.
(4)Assist in coordinating industry-academia collaboration and technology transfer activities, such as domestic exhibitions, seminars, and industry sharing sessions.
(5)Handle administrative tasks within the Technology Cooperation Office and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
2.Application Requirements:
(1)Educational Background:Bachelor's or Master's degree, no specific major required.
(2)Computer Skills:Proficient in document processing and presentation creation.
(3)Other Qualifications:Must be proactive, enthusiastic, have good communication skills, be detail-oriented, responsible, quick to respond, and capable of independently handling administrative tasks (including official document writing). Experience in promotion or related business is preferred.
3.Salary and Employment Period:
(1)Salary:According to university regulations, Master's degree holders will receive between NT$40,200 and NT$47,159 per month, while Bachelor's degree holders will receive between NT$35,200 and NT$41,482 per month. (Starting salary may be adjusted based on relevant work experience; salary can be adjusted annually according to university personnel regulations.)
(2)Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off.
(3)Employment Period:Starts from the actual reporting date, with annual renewal. (Long-term employment is possible.)
(4)Promotion Path:Based on performance and evaluation by supervisors, there is a possibility of promotion to an assistant manager position according to unit needs.
