Research Direction
1. Utilize multi-omics approaches to analyze tissue specimens from high-risk precancerous lesions and oral cancer, aiming to elucidate the malignant transformation process of precancerous cells and to apply these findings to oral cancer surveillance, early diagnosis, and therapeutic strategies.2. Development of methodologies for extracellular vesicles (EVs) research.
3. Investigate the role of EVs in the carcinogenic process, identify disease-specific EVs membrane proteins, and validate their diagnostic potential in large cohorts of biofluid samples.
4. Characterization of the tumor microenvironment in cholangiocarcinoma and the development of novel biomarkers.
