研究方向及研究室特色: 利用基因工程的方式來研究特定基因在活體內的功能,是現今研究的一個重要工具。然而,除了在生化及生理上的改變之外,目前更重要的趨勢是將其功能與臨床上的病症相結合,以期達到促進健康的終極目標。因此我們利用操縱小鼠基因,觀察其對特定疾病過程產生的影響。除了瞭解特定生理生化上的功能影響之外,我們更著重於觀察因基因改變造成之受損組織或器官所產生的形態上改變。將組織或器官切片,以各種不同方式觀察其型態與特定分子的改變,以期與臨床上的特定病理狀態作結合。 (1) Effect of Pnn on the regulation of alternative splicing in brain (2) Protective effects of conditioned medium on myocardial infarction (3) Regulation of genes on the proliferation and migration of cancer cells
