研究方向及研究室特色: 研究興趣領域: 1. 腫瘤細胞生物學 2. 分子訊息傳遞 3. 醣質細胞生物學 醣基化是常見的蛋白質轉譯後修飾,此種修飾為蛋白質帶來諸多樣貌並賦予了蛋白質更多不同的功能,極大地擴增蛋白質體學的領域及研究困難度。目前已知的蛋白質聚醣結構是透過14種不同的醣基化路徑所產生的,它們包括:氮型醣基化、氧型醣基化(11種)、碳型醣基化及GPI 錨定蛋白的醣基化。迄今為止,至少發現了168種不同的醣基轉移酶負責執行這些醣基化路徑。陸續有研究指出,異常的蛋白質醣基化影響了各種癌症的惡性度,然而對於其中的作用機轉仍知之甚少。我們實驗室致力於探討醣基轉移酶及其作用的蛋白質在癌症中所扮演的角色,為此研究領域貢獻一份心力。
