Goals:
Optimize product combinations to automatically connect the database to business strategy for new markets & value chains.
Project Content:
．A comprehensive AI model for competition and winning strategy establishment, integrating SAP & Copilot with datasheets, cost structure, and main supply chain.
．Automation of NBO tracking from lighthouse customer selection, with routine processes and key milestones.
．Resources optimization in project managements with NBO selection.
．Cost optimization AI workflow with delivery, quality, price, and R&D capability for the value chain.
．Technical trend prediction with lighthouse customers' product generation to connect with product development.
