According to Article 8 of the "Patent Application and Maintenance Management Measures" revised by the school's announcement letter on October 4, 2022, inventors who apply for a patent first due to time constraints still need to apply for a patent in the name of the school and by appointing a contracted firm of the school. , within half a year after obtaining the patent application date number from a specialized government agency, the inventor should fill out the Chang Gung Memorial University Patent Expiration Advance Application Form and attach relevant documents to the Technology Transfer Center to handle the takeover procedure. Other advance application requirements will be specified separately in the "Patent Application and Maintenance and Management Measures".
