接著本期介紹的是標準六：教職員管理與支持。
Standard 6：The school has well-documented and
well-communicated processes to manage and support faculty members over the
progression of their careers that are consistent with the school’s mission,
expected outcomes, and strategies. [FACULTY MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT]
這項標準的參與者包含學生、教師與職員。
學校在管理與支持教師系統上，使用充分的文件資料記錄與良好的溝通橋梁。
這與學校的使命、預期成果與策略是一致的。
首先學校會有系統地分配職責給老師，進而依教師的表現判定績效，使用績效來進行評估(evaluation)、晉升(promotion)、獎勵(reward)。智力貢獻(Intellectual Contributions)內也將採納教師績效。
認證標準規範了整體師資、個別師資、職員和學生的教育責任。
教育可是全體參與者的責任呢!
