Research Interests:

(1)    生醫材料與組纖工程

天然與合成高分子生醫材料的開發。包括天然高分子生醫材料的生產、分離純化、加工、與利用具活性的生物分子之修飾。合成高分子生醫材料的化學合成製備、性質分析、與利用電漿反應法改質。利用所得的各式生醫材料為骨架,配合各式生物反應器,進行適用於體內或體外的肝組織工程及軟骨組織工程等研究。

(2)    生化工程

以有機或無機材料進行生物分子、酵素、與細胞的固定化,利用生物催化方式應用於特化品的生產、廢水處理、生化分離、及生醫用途。目前研究工作主要針對各型酯頹、光學活性藥物、生質柴油的生產,藥物制放,人工臟器開發、及染整廢水脫色。
