                    <description>To provide an intelligent and diverse digital learning experience, the Library is pleased to offer trial access to the Wiley Digital Textbooks platform and its new AI Assistant feature from now until July 31, 2026. Through this resource, faculty members may support course preparation, textbook selection, classroom instruction, and the design of students’ independent learning activities. Students may enhance reading comprehension efficiency and strengthen pre-class preparation, post-class review, and self-directed learning outcomes. We sincerely invite all faculty members and students to explore and make full use of these resources. Please find the resource introduction and user guide below: Overview: Wiley Digital Textbooks: Offer access to more than 30,000 legally licensed e-textbooks published by Wiley, covering a wide range of subjects, including mathematics, statistics, physics, chemistry, life sciences, earth sciences, social sciences and humanities, health and medicine, engineering, computer science, business, and finance. In addition to online reading, the platform supports a variety of learning features, such as highlighting and annotation, note organization, full-text and cross-book searching, multi-device synchronization, bookmark management, citation export, instant translation, and text-to-speech functionality. AI Assistant: Built on the textbook content available within the platform and integrated with artificial intelligence technology, the AI Assistant provides learning support features such as key point summaries, concept explanations, chapter overviews, and interactive Q&amp;amp;A. These tools help users quickly grasp essential concepts, enhance comprehension, and improve reading efficiency. Overview: The &quot;WriteAid Similarity Scanner&quot; was developed by the National Central Library and the team at National Taiwan Normal University, under the commission of the Ministry of Education. Based on data from the &quot; National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan&quot;, this tool aims to assist graduate students in checking the similarity of their theses and enabling proactive verification of the originality of their theses. 2. Target Users: Current graduating master&#39;s and doctoral students who have not yet uploaded their theses in the &quot; National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan&quot; system. 3. Usage Period: 2026/4/27 - 2026/8/31 4. Trial URL: https://db.lib.cgu.edu.tw/er/geter/DB000079541/ 5. Login Method: For first-time users, please complete the online application form (https://forms.gle/9UUDCK3rzh9H1fc59) for an account to access the system. Once your account is activated, you will be able to log in and use the system. 6. Notice: (1) The system allows each user a maximum of five plagiarism checks. (The first three submissions will be processed immediately, and a similarity report will be provided. The fourth and fifth submissions will require 24 hours to complete.)
