Researchers from Chang Gung University who submit manuscripts to IEEE Open Access (OA) journals as corresponding authors, with the article acceptance date between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, are eligible for discounted Article Processing Charge (APC) provided through the CONCERT consortium. For applicable journals and APC pricing, please refer to the 2026 IEEE Fully OA List and 2026 IEEE Hybrid OA List. Qualifications: The corresponding author must be a faculty member or student of the university.
