Academic Performance of High School Alumni by Department: Data Descriptions

Key Field Descriptions:

  1. Enrollment Rate: Provides data on the number of students admitted from specific high schools to each department and the actual number of students who enrolled.
  2. Mean Academic Grade and Standard Deviation of Enrolled Students: Reflects the university-level academic performance of students from specific high schools within each department (excluding those on leave or withdrawn).
  3. Mean Entrance Examination Scores and Standard Deviation of Registered Students: Indicates the performance of registered students from specific high schools on the General Scholastic Ability Test (GSAT) or the Advanced Subjects Test (AST) for each department.
  4. Mean High School Percentile Rank (PR) of Registered Students (School-wide/Track/Grade 12 First Semester): Represents the high school internal academic ranking (PR) of registered students in each department. (Note: A lower PR value indicates a higher academic ranking).
