Professor Lin is currently a Professor in Department of Information Management, Chang Gung University. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Management from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2002. His current research interests include scheduling and data mining. He has published papers in Omega, Computers & Operations Research, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, International Journal of Production Economics, Applied Mathematical Modelling, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Knowledge and Information Systems, Applied Soft Computing, Applied Intelligence, and Expert Systems with Applications, etc.
