By expanding the scope of international collaboration, we aim to increase the visibility of this department and the global perspectives of its students.  Adopting the direction and strategy for international development set by the school of management, the department is also actively engaged in exchange and collaboration with institutions and departments across southeast Asia, inviting renowned scholars, experts, and designers to come to hold lectures and workshops.  Students of the department are also encouraged to participate in international design competitions and academic conferences to explore designs and cultures from outside of Taiwan.
