Notification of Power Outage for the Replacement of Low-Voltage Relay Panels at the First Medical Building

I. Purpose:
Due to the replacement of low-voltage relay panels at the First Medical Building, a temporary power outage is required for construction. This notice provides the power outage schedule.
II. Power Outage Schedule for the First Medical Building:
1.Date: February 9, 2025 (Sunday) Affected Floors: 2nd and 3rd floors (General lighting and power outlets) Time: 08:00 - 18:00
2.Date: February 22, 2025 (Saturday) Affected Floors: 4th, 5th, and 6th floors (General lighting and power outlets) Time: 08:00 - 18:00
3.Date: March 8, 2025 (Saturday) Affected Floors: 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th floors (General lighting and power outlets) Time: 08:00 - 18:00
4.Date: March 22, 2025 (Saturday) Affected Floors: 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 11th floors (Emergency lighting and power outlets) Time: 08:00 - 18:00
5.Date: April 5, 2025 (Saturday) Affected Floors: 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 11th floors (Emergency lighting and power outlets) Time: 08:00 - 18:00
6.Date: April 19, 2025 (Saturday) Affected Floors: 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th floors (General lighting, power outlets, refrigeration, and air conditioning) Time: 08:00 - 18:00
III. Important Notes:
1.Refrigerators and Freezers: To extend cold storage duration, do not open refrigerator or freezer doors unless absolutely necessary.
2.Electronic Devices and Equipment: Please turn off computers and instruments in advance. Important equipment should be connected to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a backup generator.
3.Before and After the Power Outage: Turn off or unplug electrical appliances before the power outage. After power is restored, please check your equipment before use.
4.Power Restoration: The power supply will be restored as soon as possible based on construction progress.

IV. Coordination Requirements for Relevant Departments:
1.Security Team: Please grant access to the contractor "Nanya" for this project.
2.IT Center: Please assist with network and IT systems, ensuring proper shutdown and restart before and after the power outage.
