Using cancer transcriptome combined with clinical information to explore the molecular mechanisms of tumor progression and translational medicine.

Ongoing projects and future works

l   The role of glioma-associated macrophages/microglia-specific signaling pathways and their effects in tumor progression

l   Interaction of tumor microenvironment and tumor cells to patient survival and selection of therapeutic targets

l   Predict patient survival from immunohistochemical staining of targeted protein on patient slides
